Do you charge for estimates?
The online planning tools are available to explore. Ask the proposed provider whether a site visit, assessment, drawing or quotation has a charge before agreeing to it.
What is included in the "Labor" cost?
Identify site protection, removal, fitting, joint finishing, painting, disposal and cleanup separately in the quotation; do not assume all labour figures include them.
Installation Process
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on scope, access, product supply, preparation, finishing and the provider’s schedule. Ask for a project-specific sequence before booking.
Do I need to paint the trim?
Confirm the supplied surface and whether the quoted work includes preparation, primer, joint finishing and final paint. HAUSE does not perform the installation.
Can you install over existing flooring?
Check the flooring manufacturer’s clearances and existing detail before deciding how to fit trim. Shoe or quarter-round molding may be an option; confirm the actual assembly.
Scheduling & Warranty
What if I am not happy with the work?
Agree on acceptance, payments, warranty and disagreement handling with the selected provider. HAUSE does not hold project payments or guarantee work.
Do you work weekends?
Confirm available times, noise restrictions and access with the selected provider and property manager. HAUSE does not promise weekend availability.
